Hervey Bays’ favourite bakery, Pie & Pastry Paradise has a rich baking history, spanning two centuries, two continents and many generations of The Berkhout family. Beginning in the small town of Dordrecht in Holland in 1902 and now in three beautiful locations in Hervey Bay on the picturesque Fraser Coast in Queensland.
Baking in the bay since 2001, Pie & Pastry Paradise is well-loved by locals and visitors. You may have heard about our huge range of gourmet pies and other bakery products but we are so much more…
We bake delicious sweets and pastries such as our best-selling beestings, irresistible French vanilla slice, decadent choc fudge brownies, baked custard tarts, cruffins and so much more!
Our fresh kitchen team prepares a wide range of Grab and go goods which are available at all 3 locations daily. If you are after something lighter, we have a great selection of salads and wraps as well as tasty sandwiches.
We serve Coast Organic Coffee made with love by our team of baristas. We have a large range of milk to suit all dietary requirements. Our coffees come in three great sizes, perfect to dine in or takeaway. While in-store, grab one of our coffee loyalty cards where every sixth coffee is on the house. Perfect on a hot summer’s day, we also serve milkshakes, iced coffees, iced chocolates, and other refreshing drinks.
But wait, back to our pies… Every year since 2002, we have entered the National Great Aussie Pie Contest and every year our pies have medalled. Our award-winning range includes favourites such as chunky steak varieties, mince varieties, chicken varieties, sausage rolls and other pastries. We also cater for vegetarian, vegan and gluten intolerant needs.
Being in Business for 20+ years has shown us how loyal and supportive our customers really are! That is why we offer two different loyalty programs. We have our Coffee Loyalty Card where every sixth coffee is free and we also have our NEW Frequent Pie-er cards. Fill a Card and go into the draw to win a $250 Prize.
